The delicate aroma of bright yellow flowers on this perennial attracts hummingbirds and adds a splash of tropical color to the garden. The plant keeps a clean appearance as flowers drop when they fade. It produces few seed pods, so flowers can easily continue blooming from spring until frost.  Lydia Bells has a compact form, growing up to 6 ft. tall and 5-6 ft. wide. It withstands the heat and is drought tolerant, once established.
