Fragrant white ornamental (bell-shaped) flowers grace this popular evergreen in the spring. Deep-green leaves with the texture of leather turn to a fiery red as the foliage matures and drops. New bronze-colored leaves follow immediately. Birds are attracted to the non-staining blueberry fruit that appears during the winter months.
